The kitchen of the Hotel Napoleon is very well-kept and full of local typical dishes and national. The menus provided for lunch and dinner from a choice of three first courses and two second courses, with meat and fish every day and any changes must be agreed upon in advance, for those who, for example, is intolerant of, or allergic to some food. The side dishes, always prepared with fresh, seasonal vegetables are served with every meal.
